1. Who is ROGs exchange partner?
At each location ROG has arranged for an external exchange partner. Partners include Intrawest's Resort2Resort and Group RCI's The Registry Collection.
2. Where can I exchange my weeks?
Resort2Resort offers over 40 exchange locations across Canada, the US, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe and The Registry Collection offers over 115 locations around the world.
3. Is there a fee for exchanging?
There is a small annual fee for the exchange program. ROG pays the first two years membership and thereafter it is built into the annual operating expense.
4. How do I book an exchange?
To book an exchange, owners must deposit their resort home for a specific period of time with either Resort2Resort or The Registry Collection. The deposit provides the owners with the right to travel within their network and likewise provides Resort2Resort or The Registry Collection members with an exchangeable resort home at your home location.
5. What is a credit?
ROG owners earn a credit each time a deposit is made. The number of credits earned depends on several factors including demand for the resort, size of the resort home, the season and length of deposit. Credits are valid for a period of 24 months after the date of deposit.
6. What additional expenses will I incur?
Owners are responsible for the one time cleaning fee for the time they deposit. When owners travel to other resorts, the other owners will be responsible for their housecleaning fee.
