Tom Siklos—Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Tom Siklos manages the implementation, execution, buyer financing and management of all business operations.

Siklos has an extensive background in sales, leasing, operations and asset management in the real estate and construction industries. Most recently, he worked with Blackwood Partners, one of Canada’s most successful asset and transaction management companies, where he was responsible for the management, strategic direction and execution of CIBC’s 6M square foot office leasing portfolio. He also provided leasing and asset management to Blackwood Partners’ institutional and off-shore investors.

Prior to that, Tom headed up Colliers McCauley Nicholls’ Ontario property management division, and led Markborough Properties’ Commercial property management and leasing divisions.
