Terry Lynch—President
Terry Lynch has spent the last fifteen years operating early stage growth companies and has raised over $20 million in private capital via conventional equity placements, debentures, limited partnerships and royalty financing and over $80 million in public capital. Terry is a Director of Kingsmill Capital Partners, an LMD.

Terry became a director of FirstGold Corp. in July of 2006 and has been assisting the company in a transition from an exploration company listed on the OTCBB, to a producing company that is expected to list on a Canadian public exchange in 2007. In this process he has helped secure the firm over $14,000,000 USD in financing. In addition to these companies Terry was a partner with McLellan Multi Media and has launched several websites including prolessons.com and playgreatsoccer.com.

Terry is considered an innovative thinker, a sales expert and a direct marketing professional. Prior to becoming involved with new business ventures, Terry was a successful commercial real estate agent from 1981 to 1988, working with A.E Lepage and Gordon Oliver in Calgary and G.H. Lennard in Toronto.

Terry will be responsible for financing activity and direct day to day project activity of the company.
