ROG resort properties can be rented on a nightly, weekly or longer term basis. All resort homes have daily or weekly housekeeping options if this level of service is desired. Resort Owners Group makes all necessary rental arrangements, and provides important details about the resort area including directions to the resort home, local restaurants and entertainment, golf and ski facilities, and attractions and activities for children.

If you’re in the market for a vacation home, renting is a perfect introduction to the locations, unique ownership structure and outstanding benefits available to ROG members.

If you purchase a Resort Owners Group resort home within 90 days of your stay, ROG will credit the full rental amount towards the purchase.

Resort Owners Group home ownership includes services and privileges not otherwise available through a standard resort home purchase:

  1. Affordable: You can buy a whole, half, quarter or eighth interest in any property. The investment is completely liquid – unlike timeshares, you participate in the equity growth of your property, and you can scale your investment up or down while retaining your initial investment.
  2. Useable: Did you know that the average second home is utilized only 39 nights by its owner. A recent study of second home use by the National Association of Realtors discovered this fact. On the surface it makes sense…everyone lives a busy life and unless you're completely retired, how many weeks of vacation can you get…and can you spend at one spot. ROG has developed two innovative programs called stacking and racking. These programs deliver owners maximum flexibility in terms of how they utilize their resort property. ROG owners will be able to select the right amount of ownership that is correct for their usage requirements and combine it with our Stacking and Racking features to drive the usability of the resort home substantially higher than if they just purchased the home directly. Internally ROG believes a typical owner should see double the usability on his resort home.
  3. Fully Managed: All management, security and upkeep is handled by ROG, and Resort Owners Group takes care of bill and tax payment, rental and exchange arrangements and rental income disbursement.
  4. ROG Rental Services: Resort Owners Group actively markets property rentals to maximize rental income to increase the return on investment.
  5. Exchange Privileges: ROG owners can exchange weeks for other ROG resort homes, as well as with our select exchange partners for each project. As an example owners of our castle Pines homes are members of the Intrawest exchange program called Resort2Resort.
